Con otra cuchara poner el relleno arriba de esa masa de papa y cerrarla como una bola de papa con el relleno adentro bien cerrado.Pasarla por harina y dejarla en una fuente. Repetir el paso para hacer otra bola de papa con relleno adentro y pasarla por harina así todo hasta terminar.
- Luego batir 2 huevos.Poner a calentar el aceite a fuego medio cuando esté caliente.Pasar la bomba de papa por el huevo batido y ponerlas a freír.Cuando estén doradas de un lado.
