- Colocar una sartén grande al fuego y en ella un trozo de manteca y aceite y comenzar cocinando la cebolla blanca cortada en bronuase chica, los ajos y los pimientos salpimentar. Una vez cocinados esos ingredientes, agregar la carne molida condimentar con las especias y agregar un poco de puré de tomate hasta que este pronto el relleno reservar y colocar las aceitunas (me olvide de la foto del relleno, disculpas).
- En un bowl colocamos todos los ingredientes hasta obtener una masa suave, la cual se debe despegar fácilmente de las paredes del bowl. Dejamos reposar unos 15 minutos y luego a estirarla.
- Precalentamos el horno a 220°C. Estiramos la masa y fondamos(cubrir la parte interior de un molde de cocina con una pasta) una tortera a la cual le ponemos dicho relleno y partí los huevos en cuartos y listo coloque la tapa de masa a esta la pinte con yema y pimentón para llevar al horno por 45 minutos y listo.
