    Han de quedar un poco enteras.
    Reservar y dejar enfriar. Mientras tanto, podemos hacer la bechamel.
  2. Untar una cazuela de barro con un poco de margarina, y poner una base de patatas. Colocar las albóndigas y entre medias las patatas sobrantes.
  3. Añadir el queso en dados, y la cebolla.
  4. Echar por encima la bechamel.
  5. Añadir el queso rallado y echar una pizca de pimienta recién molida.
  6. Con el horno precalentado a 200°, hornear aproximadamente media hora, o hasta que se vea bien dorado.
