- Pochamos el ajo y la cebolla con abundante aceite de oliva en la sartén a fuego medio.
- Cuando el ajo y la cebolla estén dorados, incorporamos la “carne”, los tomates cherry y el tomate frito, lo mezclamos todo y añadimos un poco de sal y orégano. Dejamos que se haga a fuego lento.
