  1. Sofreír la cebolla junto con la zanahoria rallada, yo añadí pimentón pero no es necesario.
  2. Descongelar y aliñar la carne, para luego colocar sobre nuestro sofrito y armar un pino
  3. Cocer unos 4 huevos a mí se me pasó la mano jaja. Y cortarlos en cuartos.
  4. Necesitamos tener en la mesa todos los ingredientes con los cuales vamos a rellenar
  5. Para la masa la mezcla marca my foods viene lista (1 kilo), se deben agregar 4 huevos, 400 ml de agua tibia y 200 ml de aceite.
    Añadir sal y tener a mano un poco más de harina para poder espolvorear la mesa y no se nos pegue.
  6. Con un uslero, un cuchillo y un plato de servilleta (para dar forma circular) armamos nuestras tapas y vamos rellenando, yo hice dos tipos pino con aceitunas y queso con cholgas.

    Para cerrar las tapas colocas un poquito de agua en los dedos y se mojan las orillas como cerrando un sobre.
  7. Con un pincel de cocina las pintaremos con huevo batido para que queden doradas
    Utilicé papel de horno muy útil en estos casos no se pega la masa a la bandeja.
  8. Precalentar el horno 200 grados, en mi caso fueron 4 tandas de 3 empanadas están listas en unos 30 minutos. Deben dorarse.
