Esta receta la hicimos por videollamada mi madre y yo, cada una en su casa. Esta al igual que la olla gitana tampoco he podido hacerla desde que me independice(porque no me salía buena). Me ha salido exquisíta. Gracias madre!! Seguro que la tuya me supera con creces!!

  3. 1 hoja laurel
  4. 5 dientes ajos secos con piel

  10. 4 albóndigas de bacalao o 2 lomos de bacalao

  13. Perejil
  14. 4 almendras tostadas
  15. 4 Picatostes de pan
  16. 1 chorrito vinagre

  1. Lavamos y marcamos los ajos enteros(con piel) y reservamos. En el caso de tener las almendras naturales también las doramos junto con los ajos y las echamos al mortero.
  2. Pelamos, lavamos, picamos y rehogamos la cebolla, laurel(este último un poquito y reservamos junto con los ajos). Una vez dorada la cebolla le echamos el tomate pelado(yo le quito las semillas), picado y lo hacemos.
  3. Una vez hecho el tomate le echamos los garbanzos y/o alubias(se le puede echar lo que queraís una de las 2 o ambas), la patata, el agua(sin cubrir la patata), pimienta, sal, nuez moscada o cominos(muy poco).
  4. Preñaramos el majao. Picamos en un mortero 1 ajo, perejil, almendras tostadas, picatostes y un chorrito de vinagre para que empape el pan picatoste. Machacamos y echamos a la olla.
  5. Lo dejamos hacer hasta que este echa la patata, 1h más o menos. Le echamos las espinacas o acelgas(las mías ya estaban cocidas). Las dejamos 5 minutos y pasado el tiempo echamos las albóndigas previamente fritas. Las dejamos 10 min más para que coja el sabor y listo para pegarse un buen festín.
