  9. 400 g Tomates Pera (También sirve de lata)

  11. 1 cucharada café Comino molido
  12. 1 Cucharada Café Orégano molido
  13. 1 Cucharada postre de Albahaca fresca
  14. Sal
  15. AOVE de Jaén ⭐

    1º Cebolla.
    2º Zanahoria y pimiento.
    3º Puerro (se sofríe muy rápido).

  2. Pon Pimienta a la carne y sal justo antes de meterla en la cazuela.
  3. Pon el Laurel y la carne a fuego medio fuerte.
    Remueve hasta que cambie de color y se separe.
  4. Añade el vino y deja cocinar 10 minutos.
  5. Añade:
    1º Orégano y comino.
    2º Caldo.
    3º Tapa y deja cocinar 10 minutos más.
  6. Raya los Tomates.
    Añádelos a la cazuela junto con la leche.
  7. Tapa, pero no del todo y deja cocer 1 hora a fuego bajo.
    Añade la albahaca picada, retira del fuego y deja reposar al menos 1 hora.
    Ya se puede comer, pero yo aconsejo dejar reposar hasta el día siguiente.
