- Lo primero que haremos es la salsa, en un sartén antiadherente colocamos aceite de oliva y rallamos el jengibre y el ajo, añadiendo la cebolla cortada en bronoise, añadiendo sal una pizca para que suelte su jugo la cebolla, ya dorada añadimos el azúcar rubia, dejamos por 2 minutos, añadimos la salsa de tomate
- Ya todo sellado y incluyendo la salsa de tomate colocamos las especias, y revolvemos bien, ppor 2 minutos y añadimos el tomate picaso sim cáscara dejamos por 5 minutos a llama media, y finalizamos la leche de coco dejamos reducir por 9 a 19 minutos a llama media
- Ya listala llevamos a la juguera y dejamos bien molido y reservamos por mientras hacemos las albóndigas
- En un bol colocamos los ingredientes de las albóndigas, y en las manos colocamos harina para formarlas no deben ser grandes me salieron 20 unidades
- En un sartén antiadherente colocamos aceite y sellamos bien las albóndigas, por todos lasia usando unas pinzas ya listas y selladas colocamos en un sartén la salsa tikka masala que reservamos anteriormente y encima de ella colocamos las albóndigas ya selladas
- Y vamos revolviendo debes en cuando, tapado con una tapa a llama media por 10 minutos dejamos que se rebosen bien las albóndigas con la salsa tikka masala, y por mientras hacenos un arroz basmati de acompañamiento esta en mi recetario queda especatcular y decoramos con perejil fresco picado..👌🏻
