  4. En un bol colocamos los ingredientes de las albóndigas, y en las manos colocamos harina para formarlas no deben ser grandes me salieron 20 unidades
  5. En un sartén antiadherente colocamos aceite y sellamos bien las albóndigas, por todos lasia usando unas pinzas ya listas y selladas colocamos en un sartén la salsa tikka masala que reservamos anteriormente y encima de ella colocamos las albóndigas ya selladas
  6. Y vamos revolviendo debes en cuando, tapado con una tapa a llama media por 10 minutos dejamos que se rebosen bien las albóndigas con la salsa tikka masala, y por mientras hacenos un arroz basmati de acompañamiento esta en mi recetario queda especatcular y decoramos con perejil fresco picado..👌🏻
