Le ponemos el pan con la leche que tenemos reposando y dos huevos. Y un poco de brandy y lo mezclamos todo. Amasamos bien y ya vamos haciendo las bolas, las rebozamos en harina las freímos y reservamos

Ahora preparamos la salsa, ponemos aceite en una olla grande, me han salido muchas albóndigas, cubrimos el fondo y sofreímos una cebolla grande dos dientes de ajo y una zanahoria, grande todo bien picado, sal y pimienta, sofreímos bien y añadimos el pimentón le damos una vuelta y ponemos el vino blanco. Y que reduzca.
  3. Ponemos los tomates triturados dejamos unos minutos y añadimos las albóndigas unas hojas de laurel y una pizca de tomillo y lo tendremos unos 40 minutos tapado lo movemos de vez en cuando con mucho cuidado. Y listo
  4. Han salido muy jugosas.
