La carne picada junto a los demás ingredientes , en principio se "cocina " con el jugo del limón, sin calor ( la vamos a macerar ) y después terminamos de cocerla al 100 % cuando armamos las empanadas y la llevamos al horno

- 1/2 kilo carne picada
- 2 cebollas
- 2 tomates grandes
- Jugo de 3 limones
- Condimentos: comino, pimienta y sal
- 2 docenas tapas de empanadas para freír

- Comenzamos cortando las cebollas y tomates en cubitos, le incorporamos la carne picada junto al jugo de 3 limones y condimentamos a gusto. Dejamos que la carne se cocine, hasta que quede sin color, déjala por lo menos 1/2 horita !! (No lleva fuego, se cocina con el mismo jugo del limón)
- Una vez que ya está cocida la carne armamos las empanadas (yo uso tapas para freír, pero las mando al horno porque quedan más duritas, crocantes y no se me pegan tanto), a mí me rindió para 2 docenas. Un consejo que les doy es que no les pongan mucho líquido del relleno cuando están armando las empanadas porque después se nos mojan en el horno o se nos pegan
- Cocinamos a un fuego medio hasta que nos queden doraditas 😋 y a comer !!
