- Se destapa la lata de Atún, se escurre bien (entre más seco es mejor).En un tazón se agrega el atún, el huevo, la miga de pan, la cebolla rallada, sal y pimienta: se mezcla todo...
- Cuando este ya! listo y maneable: hacemos bolitas y se rellena con un pedacito de queso y otro de pimentón, y se cierra.
- El aceite debe estar bien caliente para freírlas. Se debe pasar cada bolita por harina de trigo y se ponen a freír por un lado y el otro..se sacan de la freidora y se aparta....

En un sartén se agrega: el tomate picadito, la cebolla, el pimentón, el ajo, cilantro, pasta de tomate, el agua, el vino y sal. Se cocina por unos 10 minutos.. Se va probando el sabor.
- Se sirve caliente: al poner las albóndigas sobre el plato, se baña con la salsa por encima. Y Listo!! Queda muy ricoooo...
