- En una cazuela cortamos la cebolla los ajos el pimiento los dientes de ajo y rehogamos con un poco de aceite y sal.
- Cuando esté pochado añadimos un poco de tomate triturado la pastilla de avecrem, pimienta negra molida, la cucharada de azúcar y el vino blanco.
- Pasados 5 min trituramos
- Echamos la salsa en la misma sartén que hicimos las albóndigas y añadimos el resto del tomate y 1 vaso de agua y la hoja de laurel
- Una vez mezclado el tomate incorporamos las albóndigas y dejamos a fuego lento unos 30 min removiendo de vez en cuando
